Free standard US shipping. Allow an estimated 1–3 business days for processing and 2–15 business days in transit (3–18 business days total). Timing varies by item and destination; delivery dates are estimates. Assembly, installation and in-home placement are not included.

14-day returns; no restocking fee. Contact EVIM for authorization within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all parts. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; EVIM covers required return postage for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items. Direct exchanges are not offered.
